CASA Remote Pilots Licence - SYD
This course enables professionals to become a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) certified remote pilot through theoretical and practical flight learning and development.
Description
As part of the qualification, we cover hands-on flight training (minimum of five hours) where you will gain in-depth exposure and qualify you for CASA flight standards. You will get to fly a number of different aircraft we operate to give you experience with different capabilities. If you have a specific area of interest we can also target your training to give you more exposure in that particular area.
Participants will complete theoretical competencies on Remote Pilot Aircraft (RPA) law, RPA systems, meteorology, navigation, human factors, operational flight planning, aeronautical radio, aviation English along with other modules required by CASA to meet the RPA licensing requirements.
Once you have successfully completed the training and we have developed your skills to the appropriate standard we can then proceed to issue you your RePL licence.
We have two options for you to complete the theory components for this course. Our standard face to face course in the classroom, or via live virtual classrooms which you can attend from the comfort of your own home. Please look for further details in the course information when you enrol online or feel free to call and speak to us to work out which option will suit you best.
